SAMUEL O. OWA FCIM
Mr. Owa is the CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER of the company. An accomplished banker, he is a product of the University of Lagos and Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria where he graduated in Law and Accounting respectively. He also holds an MBA from the Esut Business School, Enugu. A Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, he started his banking career at Afribank in 1985. In 1990, he moved to Trade Bank and rose to the position of AGM (Oil &Gas/Investment Banking) before retiring in December 2005 to pursue private business. His over twenty years banking experience covers such areas as Investment, Oil & Gas/Marine, Foreign Operations, Credit & Risk Management and Banking Operations. Mr. Owa is Chairman of Datatrust Consulting Ltd, publishers of The Stock Market Guide.  He is a member of the Nigeria Bar Association, Nigeria Institute of Management and a Fellow of the Certified Marketing Communications Institute of Nigeria. A member of the prestigious Ikoyi Club, he is married with children.

 

SEGUN ALUKO  
Mr. Segun Aluko is the CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER, an accountant, with over twenty four years’ experience, with the last Twelve years at Management level. Expert in Finance & Banking, Corporate Management and Strategic Marketing, he was at various times General Manager and Head of Marketing in several corporate organizations in Nigeria. He was the Deputy Managing Director of First Spring Realtors Limited (subsidiary of Spring Bank Plc.) before joining the Stonebridge Group.

 

 

BASSEY, OJONG O.
Mr. Bassey, Trade and Business Development Manager, graduated from the University of Calabar with a B. Sc in Microbiology. Since leaving the university, he has served with several major shipping and oil and gas firms including P & O Nedlloyd, AP Moller – Mearsk, Conoil Plc, HUK energy Ltd. He has been in the services of Stonebridge Oil Ltd since June 2009, where he is in charge of import and trading operations.

 

 

MILDRED OPARAEKE, LLB (HONS), BL, LLM, PGD Maritime LAW
Mildred Oparaeke is the young & vibrant LEGAL ADVISER to the company. With a vast academic portfolio acquired in Nigeria and the United Kingdom, she is indeed a seasoned lawyer with both Nigerian and International work experience within the Legal, Maritime and Commercial sector.
She is a current member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the Institute of Paralegals in the UK.

 

NKECHI M. EMEMANKA, MBA, CIPM, BA, NITD
Mrs. Ememanka is the Head of Human Resourses / Administration. She is a professionally certified Human Resources Administrator with recondite experience in Human Relations and Administrative practice. Her working experience traverses Manufacturing, IT and Oil and Gas Sectors. She holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Calabar and a Bachelors Degree from University of Nigeria, Nsukka. She has professional certification in Recruitment, Selection / placement, performance management and Balance Score card. She belongs to various professional associations including but not limited to - The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) and Nigerian Institute of Training Development (NITD).
